Allocated Units: Units of products that have been allocated for later shipment
Alt Number 1: Additional number for the product. Product can be searched using this number

Available Units: Physical Units MINUS Allocated Units
Avg Unit Cost: Average unit cost (purchase price) of a product calculated using Receive inventory transactions posted in last 12 months
Avg Unit Price: Average unit price (selling price) of a product calculated using Ship inventory transactions posted in last 12 months
Kit: A kit comprises of one or more products. Quantity for each product in the kit can be specified. When a kit is shipped, corresponding number of products are deducted from the inventory.
Last Activity Date: Most recent date on which an inventory transaction was posted for a given product
On Order - Actual Cost: Cost of all On Order Units of a product based on actual cost recorded in product's On Order transactions
On Order - Avg Cost: Cost of all On Order Units of a product based on product's Avg Unit Cost
On Order - Std Cost: Cost of all On Order Units of a product based on product's Std Unit Cost
On Order Units: Units of products that are On Order. This figure does not affect Physical or Available Units
Overstock/Max Units: Entered as number of units on the Product dialog box. When a product's Available Units go above this quantity, the product appears on the Overstock report
Physical Cost - Avg: Cost of all Physical Units of a product based on Avg Unit Cost of each product
Physical Cost - Std: Cost of all Physical Units of a product based on Std Unit Cost of each product
Physical Retail - Avg: Retail value of all Physical Units of a product based on Avg Unit Price of each product
Physical Retail - Std: Retail value of all Physical Units of a product based on Std Unit Price of each product
Physical Units: Units of products that are physically present in inventory
Reorder Level: Entered as number of units on the Product dialog box. When a product's Available Units reach or fall below this quantity, the product appears on the Reorder Stock report
Reorder Qty - Entered: Informational value entered as number of units on the Product dialog box. Number of units to reorder when the product runs out
Reorder Qty - Max: Maximum number of units to reorder as calculated by the system. Overstock/Max Units must be entered for this value to be calculated. Otherwise, it has the same value as Reorder Qty - Entered. Calculated as: Overstock/Max Units - Available Units - Units On Order
Spoiled Units: Units of products that were lost due to spoilage, pilferage, etc.
Std Unit Cost: Standard unit cost (purchase price) of a product. Entered on the Product dialog box
Std Unit Price: Standard unit price (selling price) of a product. Entered on the Product dialog box
Total Cost - Average: Cost of all Physical Units of all products based on Avg Unit Cost of each product
Total Cost - Standard: Cost of all Physical Units of all products based on Std Unit Cost of each product
Total Retail - Average: Retail value of all Physical Units of all products based on Avg Unit Price of each product
Total Retail - Standard: Retail value of all Physical Units of all products based on Std Unit Price of each product
